body goals !


heyyaa ! im back with another entry ..
just to let all of you know i've been dieting for the past few weeks.
i just wanna make changes to fulfill my list to become fit/healthy person.
i know it may be a little drastic if we just diet for a longest time and at the same time torturing ourself.
what i am trying to say is, set your goal first, make a proper plan, follow healthy meal plan and be discipline or consistent to it.
for me i come up with a challenge for myself, for ex; 2 weeks challenge
basically 2 weeks challenge is basically a plan in 2 weeks time that i have to follow to cutt off rice ! haha
yess.. i've been challenge myself to not eating rice for the past 2 weeks.. and i made it !!
what i am realized is, i just can feel the changes in my body even it is small changes but if we continue and stick to the plan, i think we will be succeed.
i am also make light exercise/jogging  at home.
i found that cardio exercise may be work for my body.
i've been doing a lot of research on the internet about healthy food and tips.
i also referring to Youtube a lot to know more about exercises (believe it or not, i am all into searching an exercise that less than 5 min...hahaha) because i cepat letih and berpeluh . hehe
i even download the exercise video for my workout at home.
guess what ? i will be continue this challenge for 1 month in 2017 .
hope this 1 month challenge will keep me slim...hehe !
